What if I can't find my cadastral value?
Snap your latest IBI bill: we read the reference and value for you. No bill at hand? Write to us and we'll tell you how to get it.
What happens after I pay your fee?
You immediately get your official file and a step-by-step guide (with screenshots) to import it on the Agencia Tributaria website and pay by transfer. About 15 minutes.
I've never filed since buying. Is it serious?
Not if you put it right yourself: no penalty, only a 1% surcharge per month late (max 15%). We calculate it before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, 14-day withdrawal right as long as your return hasn't been generated. After that, we remain available for any question.
